Responsive reset removes all margin and padding

The css code in responsive.css line 1048 removes all margin and padding which I select from WPBakery design options. Why is it? How can I add margin in XS devices? It blocks all my code via !important statement.

Hi.

WPBakery uses margin and padding for desktop in XS devices. To lead to a more or less acceptable form of XS, we have to reset everything. Set them only through css.
