Cannot Change colour of Contact Tabs

Hi,
I’m having trouble changing the colour of the contact footer tabs and icon colours, its stuck to orange. I tried changing it under Icon colour in visual composer but its not responding when I save, the icons will change but the colour is stuck to orange. Please help

It’s the main color for site. Do you need change it only in the footer?
