I’m also confused about this.
I managed to give all the pages a unique header image. For services I just don’t get this to work:

I’ve given all the service pages a featured image and background image (as shown in this topic). Still the global background image shows on the service pages. I have followed the documentation for setup, checked all the settings multiple times, read these topics, but still I don’t get a complete overview of how to give each service a unique image. (glad this topic showed how to change the global header image)

My advice would be, make a better documentation for the theme. I’ve worked with a lot of theme’s, this theme works a bit too different, so a comprehensive documentation would be a must!
