hello how can i please make the make top + footer picture layer brighter?

Did you try this setting https://take.ms/pb6A7? Appearance -> Customize -> Page Title and Breadcrumbs.

ok, i did it.

but:

1. what about the blue rectangle?how do i eliminate it?

2. what about the footer? https://snag.gy/DxBeHj.jpg can i make it more bright?
